Returns & Exchanges

The maximum period to return and exchange is within 4 days after the order is delivered. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return, please note some terms and conditions below before issuing to return or exchange:

  1. If the return or exchange is due to our fault, we will be responsible for covering the shipping costs and customs duties.
  2. If the return or exchange is due to the buyer's fault, then the shipping costs and customs duties will be the buyer’s responsibility.
  3. Products purchased through the official SAFF & Co. website, offline stores, or WhatsApp may be eligible for return or exchange, subject to the terms and conditions.

  4. Products can be exchanged for: The exact same product, or another product of the same price, or another product of a higher or lower price

  5. If you exchange for a lower-priced item, the price difference will not be refunded.

  6. We do not accept complaints without valid evidence. Please record a clear unboxing video and take photos of the product before opening the package to process any return or exchange claims.

  7. Each product can only be exchanged once.

  8. We reserve the right to reject return or exchange requests, even if the above conditions are met, in cases of inconsistency or other reasonable grounds.

 

 


If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods and personal care items (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about your specific item

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
