How do I track my order shipment?
If your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number.
You can enter this tracking number on the courier's website to see real-time shipping updates.
What does "Processing" order status mean?
The "Processing" status means your order is being prepared by the seller or is in the packaging stage for shipment. You will receive further information once the order is shipped.
What does "Shipped" order status mean?
If your order status shows "Shipped," it means the item has been sent and is on its way to the destination address. You will receive a tracking number to monitor the shipment further.

How long does it take to package my order?
Order packaging typically takes 1 to 2 business days. Orders will be packaged according to incoming orders.
How long does it take to process and ship my order?
- Regular > If ordered before 2 PM, the order will be processed and shipped by midnight the same day.
If ordered after 2 PM, the order will be processed and shipped the next day at the latest.
Can I track the packaging and shipping status of my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number. You can track the shipping status through the courier's website.

Please provide the Recipient's Name, Phone Number, Complete Address, and Destination Country, along with the product variants and quantities you wish to order. Our Customer Service team will promptly send you a pricelist and invoice. After payment is received, your order will be processed and shipped on the next business day.
What courier is used for international orders?
We use Choir Express for international shipments.
How long does international shipping take?
International shipping times vary depending on the destination country. Generally, international shipping takes between 5 to 15 business days.

Buyers can provide an unboxing video when opening the sealed package, Shipping Label, and Shopping List through our customer service. We will verify the completeness of the evidence, and for damaged items, compensation will be provided in the form of a return or compensation voucher.
Will I be charged for returning a damaged item?
If the requirements are valid and complete, return shipping costs will be covered by the seller. However, if incomplete, shipping costs will be covered by the buyer.
What if I don't have proof of item damage?
The solution will be provided by customer service in the form of a compensation voucher for the value of the damaged item.
How long does it take to return a damaged item?
After the item is returned, a replacement will be sent within 3-5 business days, depending on the shipping distance.
Will damaged items be replaced with new ones?
If the evidence is complete and the product cannot be repaired, we will send a new product as a form of responsibility.
What should I do if I receive a damaged item after the return period?
Buyers can report the item damage and other evidence to our customer service. We will still repair it and provide compensation, but shipping costs will be covered by the buyer.

Opened items can only be returned if they are damaged or defective. For incorrect items, we will check the completeness of evidence and review the packing CCTV. If there was an error in the packing process, the solution we provide is a return or exchange of the correct item, with shipping costs covered by the seller.
Are there items that cannot be returned even if incorrect?
Yes, if the evidence is incomplete and the packing CCTV shows the correct order was processed, incorrect items cannot be returned or compensated with a voucher.

Returning Damaged Items
Requirements
- The product is still under warranty (14 days after receipt).
- Provide valid evidence such as: Unboxing video of the sealed package, Shipping Label, and Packing List matching the order.
Process
- For minor damage (e.g., slight leakage, loose cap, slightly dented packaging), the solution is a compensation voucher of 25,000 or half the product price.
- For major damage, the product can be returned and replaced with a new one, with shipping costs covered by the seller if requirements are complete.
Returning Incorrect Items

- The product is still under warranty (14 days after receipt).
- The product is still sealed and unused.
- Provide valid evidence such as: Unboxing video of the sealed package, Shipping Label, and Packing List matching the order.
Process
- If packing CCTV shows the correct order was processed, returns and refunds cannot be accepted.
- If packing CCTV shows an incorrect order and the product is still sealed, it can be returned or replaced with a new product, with shipping costs covered by the seller.
- If packing CCTV shows an incorrect order but the product is no longer sealed, the solution is a Compensation Voucher.

Extrait de Parfum

- Use after showering on clean skin (neck/behind ears, wrists, inner elbows) for maximum absorption. Wait until fully absorbed before dressing.
- Spray on clothing from 15-20cm away to avoid potential stains.
- Use Body Potion before spraying Cloud Mist for longer-lasting fragrance

- Apply evenly all over the body every morning and night after using SAFF & Co. Shower Potion for best results. Wait until completely absorbed.
